Referral Program Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The referral program ("Program") is open to all registered users of EMDX ("Referrers") who have an active trading account on the platform. Referrers must be in compliance with the EMDX Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
- Participation: Referrers can participate in the Program by sharing their unique referral link provided by EMDX with potential new users ("Referees"). Referrers must ensure that their referrals sign up using the provided referral link to be eligible for rewards.
- Rewards: Upon successful registration and verification of a new user account using the Referrer's referral link, the Referrer will receive rewards equivalent to 10% of the trading fees generated by the Referee for a period of six (6) months. Additionally, the Referee will receive a 10% discount on trading fees for the same period.
- Accrual of Rewards: Rewards earned by Referrers will be credited to their EMDX trading account within a reasonable time frame following the completion of each qualifying transaction by the Referee.
- Limitations: Rewards earned through the Program are subject to certain limitations, including but not limited to:
- Rewards are only applicable to trading fees generated by the Referee.
- Rewards are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of referral.
- Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other cryptocurrencies.
- Compliance: Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the promotion and referral of EMDX services. Any violation of these terms may result in the disqualification of rewards and/or suspension of the Referrer's account.
- Modification and Termination: EMDX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to Referrers via email or through the EMDX platform.
- General Terms: Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. EMDX reserves the right to interpret these terms, resolve disputes, and make final decisions regarding eligibility and rewards.
